I have been using branch for a while and when I took a loan I repaid on time and on applying for another one it refused and told me to wait for 90 days and when I was done with the 90 days still it refused. I have spoken couple of times to the customer care on the app and i have not received any helpful solution. All o get was "you have to wait". So for how long should i keep waiting???
