I'm generally happy with DSTV, but it's not perfect. The channel lineup is great, with a good mix of local and international content. The picture quality is usually excellent, and I love the sports coverage. However, I've had some issues with the signal dropping occasionally, and the customer service can be slow to respond. Plus, subscription fee is too high especially with the economic situation, most Nigerians are now looking for better alternatives to DSTV because of subscription fee. DSTV needs to also consider the economic implication as most people no longer subscribe.
