Had a major issue with GLO's recharge system on July 30, 2023 when I was still an undergraduate, I used my last money to recharge to my GLO line as I needed to do a very important assignment. I was debited from my bank but my line wasn't credited. Called customer care, the customer care response very well and was very swift with their reply. They sorted it out within 24 hours. Kudos to the rep for following up and resolving the issue.
