During my last visit to the bank, I had a poor customer service experience. I made a transfer to a MoniePoint account, but the recipient did not receive the funds. Even after printing their statement of account, the transaction did not reflect. This issue lasted for about a week and significantly disrupted my daily activities. To make matters worse, the bank staff were rude and unhelpful when I sought assistance.
