The repayment day came, and the money I was counting on didn’t come through as expected. I ended up being just two days late. During that short delay, I kept getting back-to-back calls from different people, each one sounding more aggressive than the last.
For someone who has never defaulted, I honestly expected a little more understanding. It’s not just about collecting money how you treat your customers matters too. Palmpay really needs to train their reps to handle situations better, especially with loyal users.
