Waste subscription due to bad network

Glo really need to upgrade their network. The network was down for two days and my subscription expired without using it. I really felt bad about it.

Not satisfying mobile app update

I was using the app comfortably o. Untill they bring this their new update, imagine you trying to use otp to complete your transaction, once you leave the page to copy the otp everything will start afresh. They should please do something about this their new update

myMtn NG very slow app

myMtn NG app is totally a mess up app... Everytime I will have to login from beginning before I have access to it. The app itself is very slow. There isn't different between the app and using ussd code.
