I’ve been using Facebook for years — sometimes to laugh, sometimes to reconnect, and sometimes just to scroll mindlessly. It helped me stay close to people, especially when life got busy. But yes, it has its downsides too — the feed often shows more noise than real stuff, and I’ve had to think twice about privacy. Still, despite all that, Facebook has been a part of my life — not perfect, but familiar. And that means something.

Customer service is okay but often delayed. ATMs are widely available, but not always functional. Fees are mostly fair, but occasional hidden charges may occur. Overall, a reliable bank for digital users, with some service areas needing improvement.
