There's no satisfaction I derive from using this network, their signal is always poor, I can hardly make calls most times, even when the call connects, I hardly hear what the person is saying. Whenever I buy data, the data expires without me using much of it cause of bad connection
9mobile, what’s the point of giving free data when your network has been down for two days? The data is useless if we can’t even connect. Please work on improving or upgrading your network so we can actually benefit from the services you offer.
9mobile has no network access for close to 5months now; this is when I actually noticed that my 9mobile line is now for fancy but there are still printing their recharge cards I wonder what they want me to do with it
From the moment I bought the Sim till I disposed of it, I never enjoyed it, network is very very very poor. One time I tried to use it and open one app like that, I couldn't receive OTP to the number, I tried for a few days until I decided to dispose of the Sim.
Is this a network? Cause for 4months now I have not had network in that line. I just don’t remember that such line still exist. I noticed this since February, 2025. I wish it’s possible that I don’t give them any star ⭐️
