9mobile is not a go to network

There's no satisfaction I derive from using this network, their signal is always poor, I can hardly make calls most times, even when the call connects, I hardly hear what the person is saying. Whenever I buy data, the data expires without me using much of it cause of bad connection

Free data is useless without network. Please fix it now.

9mobile, what’s the point of giving free data when your network has been down for two days? The data is useless if we can’t even connect. Please work on improving or upgrading your network so we can actually benefit from the services you offer.

There is no network coverage in 9mobile for months now

9mobile has no network access for close to 5months now; this is when I actually noticed that my 9mobile line is now for fancy but there are still printing their recharge cards I wonder what they want me to do with it

Bought the Sim and disposed of the Sim. Vvvvvvery bad network

From the moment I bought the Sim till I disposed of it, I never enjoyed it, network is very very very poor. One time I tried to use it and open one app like that, I couldn't receive OTP to the number, I tried for a few days until I decided to dispose of the Sim.

9mobile calls keep dropping because the network is always bad.

9mobile’s network is bad. My calls keep dropping, and it’s hard to talk to people. This happens even during important calls. I need a network I can trust, but 9mobile fails.

There is no network in this line for some months now

Is this a network? Cause for 4months now I have not had network in that line. I just don’t remember that such line still exist. I noticed this since February, 2025. I wish it’s possible that I don’t give them any star ⭐️

Weak network coverage

9mobile is poor both in calls and browsing,after I managed to use airtime that I bought after I registered the sim,i didn't buy another airtime cos no large network coverage always frustrating,I hope there can be changes

Saw great offer, but poor network made it a struggle.

Yesterday afternoon, I saw a better one-day offer, but using the data turned into a struggle. The network was extremely poor, making it feel like another battle to connect.

No service

This network used to be the best in Nigeria, but now it's very slow and often unavailable in many locations — especially in my area in Ondo.

Very poor service in my area

I don't know if anybody else is experiencing what I'm experiencing with this network. It so poor in both calling and browsing in my area. I guess I will have to abandon the network very soon
