There's no satisfaction I derive from using this network, their signal is always poor, I can hardly make calls most times, even when the call connects, I hardly hear what the person is saying. Whenever I buy data, the data expires without me using much of it cause of bad connection

One thing that has stood out over the years I have been using firstbank is their impeccable customer service, I know the time my last 10k was hanging cos of failed transaction via pos, the way the firstbank customer service official put me through everything, even though the reversal took time, I wasn't that all bothered or annoyed

GLO, rule your world but they won't give me strong network to rule my world, network is always poor, sometimes when I am using my glo Sim next thing the service bars are blank and it goes on for hours, when the bars are not blank, it's hard to connect to the internet or load apps that needs data. Let them make their network strong so I can rule my world
