Airtel should try and give a proper information anytime they have new rules and regulations regarding their business.
How on earth do I explain that I did data worth of 3 thousand, I got the message for the purchase and I was not credited, I tried reaching out to them by going to their office that is located opposite first Baptist Church at Akure, they could not give a clear description of what happened, they kept telling me they are sending mail to their headquarters and are yet to receive mail from there
