Fidelity bank

Allow me carry out basic banking transactions with ease. However, I once tried to top up airtime on my phone line and it debited my account saying unsuccessful. I was disturbed for a while. Then after some minutes, I received a notification of the top up on my phone. I didn't really like how I felt that day. It's a lot better now. No issues in recent time.

Poor customer services in Fidelity Bank

Fidelity bank app is a mess. I got a new phone and it has been difficult to get back to the app. I went to their branch and complain but till date no resolution to my complaints.

Fidelity the people's bank

Funny how I grew up believing fidelity was the bank for the Rich
Having an account with them made me understand the reason why people prefer their services
They charge less for transactions and doesn't remove unnecessary charges from your account
And I believe more improvement will continue to keep them as the RICH people's bank

Fidelity bank... All I have to say about them is that they need to improve in the service they render to we their customers..... The bank network.. The customer service.. Everything needs improvement
