Allows me to carry out basic banking transactions with ease however I once tried to top up airtime in my phone line and it debited my account saying unsuccessful I was disturbed for a while then after some minutes I received it
I use fidelity bank. I like their services and how swiftly they attend to customer's complaint. The only issue I have with Fidelity bank is not being able to withdraw my last 1k.
Is it the type of account I opened or is this how Fidelity bank operate generally?
I really admire the way they operate; their professionalism and service are excellent. However, they don’t have many branches, which makes accessibility a bit challenging. Expanding their reach would make their services even more convenient and widely available.
I am not actually their customer, but the experience I had with them during the no cash era made me love the bank.
They were the only bank in the whole of Akure as at that time that tried their best in giving out cash, not only to their customers but also to those who are not.
They were so organised and there were no calamity recorded in their bank then.
They give out strict instructions to enhance smooth running of withdrawal and they stand by the instructions
My experience with fidelity bank so far has been great. Among my usual banks, it standout in the part of customer support. I've had several bank issues that get solved calmly. The customer support in Uniben branch are amazing. They always attend to me with a sense of urgency. Last year December, I needed to look into child saving and all info I needed were given without bias.
The app interface is handy and easy to use.
There is a problem with the app when you try to make transfer. The moment you enter the 4-pin password at the transfer stage is asks for a token, if you don't have it, it forces you to redo the transfer all over again for it to work. I believe this is a bug that needs to be fixed please do something about this it makes transfers inconveniencing.
When we talk about a bank with faithful security personnel. You can always give salute to Fidelity bank personnel. As much as i appreciate bank services and account opening. I so much appreciate it when personnel in an organisation has discretion and friendly reputation. What got me interested in banking with fidelity is the way the security personnel carry themselves. There manner of approach to customers , attention to details and touch of smile is second to none. Fidelity Bank at Alagbaka is one of the place i witness this friendly behaviour of security personnel. Early May i went for transactions. I was in an hurry to make my deposit and i never remembered i had placed my bag in the bank bunker outside. Immediately i am about moving out of the gate. The security personnel pointed my attention that i am.yet to take my bag. I was overjoyed and glad someone saved me the stress of forgetting my bag in the bank. That day would have been something else for me . But i appreciate the fact that the security personnel don't just open the bank door for customers and bid them welcome but they pay attention to details. This has made me stay glued to fidelity bank. There personnel are faithful and i wi always recommend the bank to anyone
Anyone who gives the app more than a star rating is either a worker or a bot!
This app is trash, in fact I think the bank itself has a very bad handling and reputation now. You cannot report an important or urgent issue to the customer service and get effective response or support either from the app or bank branches.
They have the worst network system and this app crowns it all. You cannot request an OTP from an app you just updated and got logged out of. Does going to the bank to set up your bank app leave any usefulness for the app itself??? I think you either sell the bank or shut down !!
