Review Time
Suddenly my account is no longer available for selection in the app as a result of which I can't transfer for days now whenever I try to select the account the list appears why is it like this please help me
I keep getting “Transfer unsuccessful” each time I try to make a transfer, and if I try a second time I get the same error message, but after some time I get a debit alert as though both went through. I have lost a lot of money like this.
Flexible and secure I don't know the great ideas about the present transaction Receipt,the transaction details are not very legible (very small font) And there are plenty of unused space in the central parts of receipt it can not be printed of tendder as a prove of payment please work one it
They have good costumer service and has a lot of branches around to visit when you need help and they also attend to costumers properly
But there are issues most times of their app like I sent money to someone but said transfer error making me resend the second time and they debit me twice but thank God the person was a good person that had to refund me again.
First bank has been one of my best bank, I love their services. I have been having good experiences with their network, transactions are always smooth. But the only painful experience I always encounter is in the aspect of transactions charges, their Charges is too much, I use to experience unauthorized transactions from the bank so many times claiming it is their service charges, it is so frustrating a times. I wish they work on that aspect. Their Charges are too much.
One thing that has stood out over the years I have been using firstbank is their impeccable customer service, I know the time my last 10k was hanging cos of failed transaction via pos, the way the firstbank customer service official put me through everything, even though the reversal took time, I wasn't that all bothered or annoyed
First bank makes banking so convenient for me. Imagine the other day I went to get an ATM card from first bank, Abak road branch in Uyo Akwa Ibom state. I left the house with a biro, expecting to fill a form and stay on a long queue at the bank but surprisingly I didn't spend 20 minutes in the bank because there was a machine there that just brought out a card with my name printed on it within 10 minutes. I was so happy
First Bank delayed my transfer last week at Alagbaka, Akure. I was told to drop the filled form in a box, and the money wasn’t sent until about five hours later. The delay was frustrating and really inconvenient.
