What I enjoy about Jumia is the convenience. I don’t need to go to the market; I just order and wait for delivery. They also allow payment on delivery which makes me feel safe. Sometimes they cancel orders when the item is out of stock, but apart from that, I’m satisfied with their service.
Jumia has really helped me a lot. I bought my phone and some home items there and they were all original. I like that they show different sellers so I can compare prices. The app is easy to use, though some products don’t always look exactly like the picture.
I love the app, it is clean, easy to navigate, and packed with options. Plus, their JumiaPay system is smooth and useful for other bills especially when I want to pay for airtime, electricity, and cable. They’ve nailed the idea of a digital shopping hub so perfectly.
Jumia sometimes doesn't put the image of the goods they advertise especially phone accessories like phone pack, so you have to read thoroughly before making a purchase so you won't buy redmi product for 5800 thinking it's black Friday sales and they deliver the phone pack to you
