MTN is doing quite well but they should do better

MTN has a fair network .... When it's bad trust me it's frustrating. The hike in data tariffs and call tariffs is so financially draining. The data doesn't really last too...

MTN has one of the most reliable networks I’ve used—calls are clear, MTN – Strong Network, But at a Cost
MTN has one of the most reliable networks I’ve used—calls are clear, data is fast, and coverage is solid even in remote areas. Their app and self-service options make managing my line super easy.

However, their data bundles can be pricey, and it sometimes feels like data finishes too quickly.

Still, for stability and speed, MTN delivers well. Just wish the data lasted longer!

App frustration

It's about the myMTN app.
| still don't understand what is missing from the app programs. I need to make a broadband data subscription and I'm stuck on the homepage!! This frustrating app responds to scrolling but never clicks - Please, what's the deal with this app? I honestly don't have any better customer experience using the app. Please, fix this as soon as possible.

My data runs down quickly

My data always run down very fast,I loaded 1 gig(a month package) last month,but within 2 days all data has been exhausted.Mtn should improve on this.

MTN is a reliable network, but data runs out quickly and relatively expensive.

MTN Nigeria offers if not the fastest internet speeds and strong network coverage, even in rural areas, making it one of the most reliable mobile networks in Nigeria. However, their data bundles tend to run out quickly and are relatively expensive, which can be frustrating for many regular users.

Good network

MTN (Everywhere you go). MTN is actually a good network but I actually don't know why they block my sim, I added my NIN and they said is matchable and when I took it to a nearby MTN office, they were asking me to pay certain amount to unblock it. Why can't it unblock itself naturally?

High Data plans and Tuesday awoof plan

Been enjoying mtn until they increase all their data plans. The most discouraging part is the Tuesday awoof they turn to something else.. No more 100# for 1gb. They should try and review the plans and reduce the price. And add the 100# for 1gb plan back

I bought a 3.2gb for ₦1000 the plan was suppose to last 2 days but it ended that day

I've had a great experience with MTN so far. Their network coverage is reliable, and the internet speed is quite fast, even in remote areas. Customer service has been helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Overall, MTN is a solid choice for mobile and data services.

But their mobile data is cost and data get exhausted quickly
