Review Time
There's a bug that the presentation doesn't expand when the phone screen is horizontal with 2 panels. It's exactly the same size as when it's vertical. I can't see anything due to tiny res. it also truncates the sides because the video and slide panels are both squared while the actual presentation and slide panels should be rectangular. This app only works correctly when only a single panel is presented (like just video). Fix it!
I have attended class on zoom and this have reduce the stress of being physical in the class but I usually have problems when trying to log in to the app, most times the will show unable to respond close app or wait and this will delay my classes. This should be fixed so I can attend my classes on time
Zoom is a great app overall, but it’d be awesome if we could view all messages—even the ones sent before we joined. Sometimes if the network logs you out, you miss replies completely. That gets pretty frustrating.
Zoom being a communications platform that allows users to connect with video, audio, phone, and chat has really saved many from stress of going to places physically including. I remembered the days I used to wake up as early as 4:30am just to be able to beat the Lagos morning traffic. I work from home now and whenever the director wants to speak with us, or there is a new development in our organisation and they want us to be informed, we make use of zoom. Now, I go to work physically once in a month and there are times I don't even show up at our office. Zoom has been helpful to me.
Nice app. Can you make it possible for members to access all sent messages in the app? If network logs one off after you have sent a message when you come back you won't see the reply or other existing messages sent before you joined. It's really frustrating
Your app has been very helpful, however, I suggest that improvement is made in the aspect of recording sessions. The fact that only the host can make recordings makes it unfavorable to participants. It is a cumbersome task following up with a host to send recordings to anyone who would want to replay a session.
We would really appreciate it if this is looked into as I am sure I am not the only user with this sentiment.
Clear pictures quality and audio. This app makes life easy for me. Last month I needed to attend ECK Light and Sound Service in person but the change in venue from where it would have been convenient made it a difficult task to attend in person. So I opted for an online option and I enjoyed every bit of the event viewing through zoom platform. Thank you the zoom team.
On my android Phone, It keeps on disconnecting my bluetooth headset connection every now and then. The bluetooth is unreasonably buggy. The mini player mode has bugs. It keeps on opening the main zoom app again even if I want to use some other App. They are busy implementing the new features that they are breaking the existing working functionalities. This app was way too good to use about 2 years back. But now it has become a real mess. Still giving 2 stars hoping that they will improve the app.
