UBA bank has been a generational bank that has stood the test of time and bank merging challenge. Though sophisticated in his customer service and prompt responses to email whenever customers need to make enquiries, in spite of all this the bank still need to work on their staggering network issue with the mobile app transfers glitches.
I remembered early this year , i had an emergency appointment somewhere and i needed to buy fuel at a filling station . I made transfer via the mobile app, i was debited but my recipient was not credited neither was the money reverse i waited for like 3o mins not until i called my wife to help me transfer to their account . I became stranded that day. It took me 4 days before the money was reverse. This was a huge challenge for me . I had concluded to move all my my and close down the account but i remember how the customwr service i spoke to pacified me. In all they need to work on their mobile transfer network
