Display total balance by default a welcome feature request

It is a good improvement well done team please can we have an option for making the total balance from the settings the app display total balance each time you login there is an option to hid balance

Frustrating login experience, stop update until fixed

Please stop upgrading the app if we cannot get a better experience.
Logging in is the worst experience ever. Most times, it does not unlock when you input password & username, and it takes more than 20(minutes) when it finally logs in. I don’t like this.

Good customer service

I had an issue with UBA last week and I went to their branch to complain... The way I was attended to was very impressing.... I was treated well and I enjoy d little time I spent there before the issue was rectified...

Customer care unit sucks

I have actually not liked their customer care unit.
I really had to literally go through hell when I went to get a new ATM card, it wasn't a pleasant experience for real.

They slow in fixing my issue

Want to change number that recieve alert but this little thing as not been attend too since few weeks now, they will tell it will activate in 24 Hours, but not working.

Unexplained deductions and network problems

Have bn using UBA for some decades now,but I noticed some unexplained deductions from my account,I went to there branch at Arakala 3month ago to Lodge a complain about unnecessary deductions,I was given a form to fill and it stopped,but am still not satisfied with there network problems,UBA should do something about there unexplained deductions and network issues

They need to be more friendly

UBA has really been giving me issues, I went to their bank to cash out moneys but they keep telling me my signatures is not same!!!! there customer is not helping and not friendly. They need to educate them all.

UBA is really improving their services

This is the first time I am receiving allawee on a Saturday, UBA really surprise me as I was expecting it today(Tuesday) meanwhile access bank users never see allowee... UBA is really improving

UBA is fast—got my allawee, friends still haven’t.

UBA is a great bank—super fast and reliable. I already received my allawee, while my friends with other banks are still waiting. Their speed and efficiency really stand out. If you want your money without delays, UBA is the way to go. They truly know how to deliver on time.
