I have thought of opting out of this bank due to their online customer service but my friend advice me to visit their onsite and it was quick. Their customer service is professional and friendly onsite. I wonder why online service is poor.
I'm also making use of Alat and the app is handy and friendly to navigate. Good bank to use for fast transaction and offline resolution.
