Branch has been one of the loan app I have loved so much but today I'm disappointed because of the message I received from you guys. I'm suppose to pay a loan on 2 July 2024 but I have 500+ on my account as at 1 July 2024 in the midnight, the 500 was taking out of my account for the loan I'm suppose to pay in the morning
When I saw the debit alert I was like what is wrong with this people do they think I won't pay my loan when due and when I woke up i made a transfer of 7000 into my account and I paid for the remaining balance
Ever since then I have been receiving a lot of messages that my loan is overdue that I should pay and l've seen people complaining about this thing please check your account and stop sending me messages that I should pay for what I have already paid for, stop sending me message I repeat I have a very good credit record thanks
Review of FlexiCredit (Via FairMoney)
This is fraud of the highest order, I was able to borrow 4k which is my first time limit, and the interest is 1200, but instead of crediting my account with 4k, I was credited with 2800, when I checked the app again, a sum of 4100 pup up as my loan balance, I did not even bother to withdraw the 2800 from my account, I left it there till due date which I transferred back to them I even make it 3k, but the workers insulted me, saying all sorts of negative words to me for me to complete with 4100.
