Only bring light twice, yet collect full payment monthly.

I don’t know what we did to deserve this. They only bring light twice a week in akungba around adefarati, yet still show up to collect full payment at month-end. It’s like they have no human feelings or fear of God.

Lapo is meant to help people, but publicly disrespecting borrowers is wrong. They should assess someone’s eligibility before giving loans, not after.

Airtel disturbs me too much with frequent calls from different numbers. I often think it's my client calling, only to find out it's Airtel. They really need to reduce the number of marketing calls.

MTN delayed my data activation for five hours after payment.

MTN needs to improve their service. Yesterday, I bought a data plan, and after deducting my airtime, it took five whole hours before the data started working. This kind of delay is frustrating and unacceptable.

Subscription delay is frustrating, activation should be faster and reliable.

The delay in activating my subscription is becoming too much. I often subscribe in the morning, but the channels I want to watch won’t start showing until evening. They really need to improve their subscription activation time and make it faster.
