Failed to topup my account

Sometimes when I try to buy airtime using the *894# USSD code, the money is removed from my account, but I don’t get the airtime on my phone. This has happened more than 13 times, and I’ve lost over ₦20,000 because of it.”

Issues not resolved

They claimed I didn’t make any payment, even though I showed them my bank receipt. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of my time and money. My issue was never resolved, and it seemed like they were charging more than they should.
