After I subscribed to Startimes Nova package in Oke-Aro, Akure, none of the channels showed for hours. I tried calling customer care but it didn’t go through. I eventually reached them via Facebook, and they refreshed the decoder. It worked, but that delay really frustrated me.
Review of First Bank of Nigeria
I used my First Bank ATM card at a supermarket in Alagbaka, Akure, and the POS debited me without completing the transaction. I went to the First Bank branch at Oba Adesida, and the customer service helped me fill a dispute form. The money came back to my account after 48 hours. Not bad at all.
Review of Glo
I’ve been using Glo for years, but in Oke-Ijebu, Akure, browsing is a serious struggle. Calls go through fine, but when it comes to data, it’s super slow. Even WhatsApp messages delay. I like their prices, but here, it’s not usable for internet stuff.
