I have been using Opay for more than 2 years now,it has proven to be highly reliable and efficient.i used it to pay my electricity bills,I subscribe to my GOTV via Opay,Transactions to other commercial banks are always fast and smooth. I truly enjoy using Opay, and it has never disappointed me. Excellent service all around.

I received a message from GOtv Nigeria stating that if I paid for a particular package, I would enjoy an extra one month of access at no additional cost. However, after making the payment, I did not receive the extra month as promised. This is quite disappointing and misleading. I expect GOtv Nigeria to honor their promotional offers and treat customers fairly.

I’ve noticed that my MTN data finishes unusually fast.Despite recharging multiple times within the month, the data doesn't last as expected, This is quite frustrating and disappointing. I strongly urge MTN to look into this issue and improve data transparency and value for customers. We deserve better service for the amount we spend.
