very easy to download, user friendly I was incredibly happy using this app until I realized that I was unable to make payment with it my money is stranded in the app and the customer service (called three separate times) have been unable to explain, opay doesn't seem to live up to their expectations
What I love about Opay is how fast and safe it is. I can send money to anyone, even late at night, and it will go through. I also like that I can save money inside the app. The only small challenge is that sometimes the app updates too often, but apart from that, it is a good platform.
Opay has been very helpful for me, especially when I don’t want to carry cash around. I use it to pay for transport, buy airtime, and transfer money to friends. The transactions go fast and I hardly have issues. Their customer care responds too, though not always very quick. I still recommend it.
I've been using opay to send money and it's been a smooth experience over all transaction go through quickly and I really have any issue I give It four star instead of five because sometimes the app can be a bit slow but apart from that it is very reliable great job OPay team
Unarguably, opay digital services has been my #1 banking app it is a user-friendly finical app that has engulfed small and medium scale business, for firs to recognize you, it means other Banks are feeling the heat kindly include dark mode for better performance
Thank you opay for your wonderful banking service please can you help me upgrade the App in such a way that it can be a lot of easier to switch from one account to another as we have in Whatsapp? I think it will be better as it could sare time one has to spend to input their login details over again
Who pays the best app so far I have been using this app and it is so effortless and Swift I can't even remember the last time I founded my local bank but what I don't like is the fact that whenever you want to impute and account number some suggested account details pops up blocking the keypad and one is unable to type the account number he really wants to send money to please look into it
Fantastic payment app for local transaction fast and always reliable the customer service is also the best I have seen just one problem,for an app this is the default payment solution for many people camera feature to scan and transfer to account number would be nice too thank to you opay
