Review of Zoom

Bug issue

On my android Phone, It keeps on disconnecting my bluetooth headset connection every now and then. The bluetooth is unreasonably buggy. The mini player mode has bugs. It keeps on opening the main zoom app again even if I want to use some other App. They are busy implementing the new features that they are breaking the existing working functionalities. This app was way too good to use about 2 years back. But now it has become a real mess. Still giving 2 stars hoping that they will improve the app.

Review of Palmpay

Strange error login

I've totally had a good experience with Palmpay with their seamless, endless and generous points and I think that's good for one of the best fintech app but for an app I've enjoying for almost 2yrs running and just 10 mins ago, I can't seem to log in, it's giving so many error messages. This is the first time I'm experiencing this and I sorta see it strangely. I plan to use the monies that are there this morning but I can't access my money, please fix up.

Review of Zenith Bank

Failed transactions

Update: The eaZy mobile app by zenith is not as efficient and reliable as I thought. In less than a month of use, I have had two failed transactions and one of the failed transactions, later registered as successful about ten minutes later. after I already used another alternative method to pay for the same service that it initially showed me as failed. This makes it not reliable compared to other FinTechs. I am only lucky that the receiver reached out to me and refunded without stressing me out.

Review of Glo

Bad app experience

Terrible experience with the Glo app! I tried to buy data, and they gave me a one-time account number to transfer the money. They said it would last for one day, but the moment | left the app to make the transfer and returned, the account number was gone! I had to start the process all over again, meaning I couldn't confirm the money I already sent. How am I supposed to know if my payment went through? This is frustrating and makes no sense. Please fix this issue!
