The only problem I have with UBA is the money that they do deduct for card maintenance... The money is too much, I had to abandon UBA card, I refused to get one when my card expired since January...

I'm giving Moniepoint 1 star because, their transaction is slow, secondly all other online bank like Palmpay gives free transfers per day but Moniepoint doesn't give their customers this benefit..

Bad signal during raining season

Dstv need to build there signal. Expecially during this raining season.. The signal is so weak that if any small rain drop.. It will display no signal... It was the same last year and still happening this year also.

Mtn network in my area has been very poor... Expecially during day time... You can't even browse the Internet at all.. After spending much money on subscription.. I can't still enjoy it at all
