Customer service is slow

Access Bank transaction of my account is 50/50, either it failed or successfully but the success rate is 50/50 because the network fails sometimes when doing transactions, I have been to the bank most times because their online customer service is very slow.

Access bank are really trying than other bank

People have been complaining about access bank, but seriously I don't have any issues with them, they re really trying than other bank in my own thought, only the little amount they usually remove sometimes 😒

Network sucks

I hate access bank network.
Got so mad when I bought food at a restaurant and wanted to pay with my card but their network said "No".
Imagine if I didn't have money in my other bank, I would have been so embarrassed.

Deduction is much

Access bank always remove 50 Naira every 2 days in my account...I don't understand why, I have onced asked them in the bank but no valid reasons... sometimes, I do see minus 300 naira...I don't understand till now

So yes, their network is poor

The time I really hated access bank was when my colleague laughed at me cause I use my access account to receive my salary, others received theirs except us that use access, we complained to management and they said they have paid everyone that it's our bank that's delaying, well, they delayed for another 5 days, that's always how it's been using access to receive my salary, so yes, their network is poor

Failed transactions

I sent money, but the transaction failed. My money left the account, and it took 3 days to return it. This failed transactions is too often.

Good app, bank network

Access has one of the worst bank networks. When salaries are paid, we that use access bank don't see ours, every other bank users sees theirs except us until maybe after 4 days later. The app is fairly okay though, their main problem is receiving credit alerts

Faulty ATM card

It's been 5 years I've been using Access bank and I can say, not a single time that I enjoyed their services.
I do not get to receive debit alerts, and even credit alerts are once in a while.
The way my money is being deducted is not from here, I am being debited unnecessarily.
Recently,I even noticed that my Atm does not work on any ATM stand, not even on access ATM stand, unless I withdraw from POS stands, this is causing me to spend extra on pos charges, whereas, there is a branch near my office at alagbaka, that I could have withdrawn from the ATM stand.
I have complained severally to their customer care and nothing has been done till now

Worse service within short space

I'm not enjoying your services since 2 hears I've been with you.

Since a year now, while using ATMs, i would be debited transaction fees without withdrawal success.
Making matters worse the, my atm card is not usable on any ATM regardless of the Machine but works perfectly on POS outlets for the past 6 months.

Access charges too much for SMS alerts, it's really unfair.

Access is charging me too much for SMS alerts—it's becoming unbearable. These deductions are excessive and need to be reviewed. This constant deduction is really affecting my account balance.
