Customer service is slow

Access Bank transaction of my account is 50/50, either it failed or successfully but the success rate is 50/50 because the network fails sometimes when doing transactions, I have been to the bank most times because their online customer service is very slow.

I sent money, but it didn’t go, It took days to get it back.
Customer service didn’t help me at all during the time I need help.
My account was later blocked, and I don’t know why.

I love Kuda for one thing, Even if you have bad credit score with other...they will give you a chance to to use over draft loan after you have stay actively long with them.
They always give second chance to be able to borrow again.
