Successful data without crediting my balance

Airtel should try and give a proper information anytime they have new rules and regulations regarding their business.
How on earth do I explain that I did data worth of 3 thousand, I got the message for the purchase and I was not credited, I tried reaching out to them by going to their office that is located opposite first Baptist Church at Akure, they could not give a clear description of what happened, they kept telling me they are sending mail to their headquarters and are yet to receive mail from there
I got tired of visiting their office after like my 5th visit,of wasted transport, wasted time with no result.
I was pained because, I was robbed of my money, my precious time.
I actually needed the data as at then to join a virtual interview and I could not

Airtel is good but it's poor network connection is very frustrating.

Airtel network connection can be so frustrating and annoying.
I still had over 1gb left on my daily plan bundle and had to pay for items I bought through my bank app but Airtel network kept frustrating me.
It was so annoying.
Other than that, Airtel has been okay for me.

USSD Charge

I've been using my airtel sim since 2018. I like their data plan and network is strong in my area. However, recently if I want to do any bank transaction using USSD airtel will charge me 6 naira. I don't know if this is a new update but I can't do any USSD transaction if I don't have airtime.

Poor YouTube data network

Airtel is frustrating, I did 15gb data for YouTube,after I used my YouTube data to 13gb ,it stopped working for YouTube and I can't use it for browsing or YouTube ,is just a dummy data till today I can't use it

Airtel now frequently shuts down network for 24 hours—unacceptable.

Airtel has made it a habit to shut down its network for 24 hours, and this is becoming unacceptable. Customers deserve reliable service, not constant disconnections and inconvenience.

Give useful bonus

They give bonus airtime, but I can’t use it for what I need, like browsing. It’s not very useful.

No network inside my room

Airtel network is very terrible inside my room here in mada station, I have to go outside before I can have network to make call or browse.

Airtel Nigeria should always be active

Airtel is one of the sim I use for awhile now and it's very good and okay but the network lost when rain starts falling despite how close my house is to the mast but I enjoy using it

Airtel’s data was great before, but now it’s unstable.

I remember when Airtel used to offer some of the best and most affordable data plans — that was just about a year ago. Sadly, things have changed. Now, not only are the data bundles more expensive, but the network isn’t as reliable or stable as it used to be.

Good network with cheap data subscription

Airtel is my go to network for data subscription because there data bundles are so affordable and the network is very fast in my area at Oluwatuyi Akure
