Bolt really helps, always fast and reliable but last week I was overcharged..sometimes the driver cancels the ride, not cool.

Bolt is legit

Bolt my life saver in emergency. I don't have a car but I have the option to use any car of my choice at a price.
I love the fact that I can choose the car I want and I also don't wait long for them to arrive.
I get bonus that helps me save cost from bolt almost every week.
The fuel hike has also affected the price of bolt though. Where I use to go for 1k is now like 2k or 2500.

Lack of uniformity in price

I book my rides with bolt and I really love their services but there's no uniformity in their prices. I booked a ride the other day and the price that was reflecting the the App was different from what was reading in the car, I almost got stranded coz I had already budgeted my tp fare. Effort should be made to ensure that they price in the car is same as that reflecting in the App

They are so concerned with the interest of their customers and the dignity on their name

It happened that I ordered bolt ride last month, and I tried making payment via my bank app, but it was not going, so I just had to pay him off with the little cash I had on me, I even gave him a tip of #500, and he thankfully left.
After some times, I got debited to the guy's account and complained at my bank, the customer care actually confirmed that the money later entered his account, but there is nothing they could do to help retrieve the money.
So I contacted bolt, and after confirmation that I actually gave him cash and the transfer eventually entered which he denied taking cash from me initially.
Bolt suspended him from working, till he paid me back
