Iwo signal need improvement

I tried watching a local show on Startimes while at Iwo Road, but as usual, the signal started acting up. It kept saying “no signal” and freezing. I had already paid for the month, so it was annoying. This is not the first time either, the service just gets weak from time to time.

Startimes need to be upgraded

Have been watching Startimes for the past one year now I don't really enjoy their movies because they just focus on old movies.. let me just say all their movies are old movies.. please u guys need to improve and upgrade this Startimes.. Thanks..

It works,but delay

After I subscribed to Startimes Nova package in Oke-Aro, Akure, none of the channels showed for hours. I tried calling customer care but it didn’t go through. I eventually reached them via Facebook, and they refreshed the decoder. It worked, but that delay really frustrated me.

Good local content, easy to use, and budget-friendly.

The service is easy to set up, and recharging is quick with mobile apps or USSD. I also like that there are kids' channels and news options, so the whole family has something to watch.

The only thing I’d improve is adding more HD channels, but overall, Startimes delivers good value for the money.

Frustrating

I've been a StarTimes subscriber for a while, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The signal quality is often poor, and I've experienced frequent disruptions to my viewing. The customer support hasn't been very helpful either, with long wait times and unresponsive representatives.

App subscription and service error

Recently my startime app doesn't work. I bought 1 month's subscription but it doesn't work. When I reinstalled the app, my one month subscription is off. Yet the app refused to function. Some tv
stations repeats 20sec audio visual and repeat same over and over. I can't watch any of the tv stations. When I open them, they tell me error in network. Meanwhile I have enough data bundle.

I really enjoy the star time

I’ve been using Startimes for a while now, and honestly, it’s been good. The channels are decent, especially the Nollywood ones and local news my parents enjoy it too. The subscription is affordable, which makes it easier to keep up monthly.

Recharging is simple, and I haven’t had any signal issues. It does what I need without stress. No complaints from me.

Good but need more improvement for stable signal

I tried Startimes because I wanted a cheaper TV option, and honestly, it delivers decent value. The packages are budget-friendly, and there’s a good mix of local and international channels.

The signal is usually stable, but sometimes it lags during bad weather. I also wish some premium content was available on the lower plans. Still, for the price, it’s a solid choice for basic home entertainment.
