App crashes and error fixed ASAP

I have been having series of issues with your mobile app for a while now. It just crashes from time to time. Sometimes it doesn’t show my account number. Please work on it. It is frustrating.

Old fashion bank

Unity bank should be updated it's still operating in an old fashion when most banks have upgraded and their customer service support is very poor, it'll take days before the respond to you

Bad customer service without any tangible response

I traveled to Lagos state in year 2023 for an occasion,I went to unity bank ATM machine to used my card,I was debited the amount of #9,000 I called the attention of there security,he said they w reverse it within 24hours ,after 2days of staying in Lagos my money was not reserved back,I went to there AKURE branch along oba adesida road,I was given a form to fill,I was told to come back another 48hours,in which I did again,I was given another form to fill,nothing was done,for almost a year I was going in and out of the bank,my money was not reversed back,I was not given any tangible response till date.
