I have been using sterling bank since 2012, I opened my account at their champion branch cos it was closer to my house.
When I got there as an elderly person,their customer representatives helped me to fill the form and translated it to yoruba language that I understand and ever since have been using sterling bank ,I have peace of mind with them,even when I want to send money in the bank to one of my children, with a long queue, they treat me special.
Last month while other corp members were spending their allawee I didn't receive mine even three days later, I had to reach out to sterling bank customer service and was told the issue will be sorted out. Two days later I reached out again and was advised to visit the nearest sterling bank, I had to pay tp if #6000 to access the nearest sterling bank before my complaint was sorted out.... Something that didn't even require my physical presence, Sterling bank and protocol is 5&6
As a new customer, I opened an account on Sterling OneBank mobile app- a tier 1.
I opted to upgrade and provided all requirements and my address captured using the google location. The account was immediately upgraded to tier 3 and restricted immediately. I was unable to carry out any form of transaction on the account. After a while I got a message saying my address was verified and the account downgraded to tier-1, with the restriction still in place. In all it has been an unpleasant experience.
I have been using sterling bank over 6 years now and infact am impressed.
Although I do not have an app that I used for transfer,I used ussd code Everytime and anywhere and i have never experienced disappointment.
I needed to enter bank one time to do account upgrade to increase my transfer limit,I was attended to very well and fast.
So sterling bank is good for me

Been using sterling bank for the past 10 years now, and I must say, I so much enjoy their modes of operations.
One of the things that gladens my heart is the fact that they do not debit me unnecessarily,it's not the case of having a certain amount for a specific purpose and not able to make use of the exact amount for the said purpose.
Accountability is the heart of any business and their ability to send alerts as at and when due is something that worthy to be appreciated. This enables me to keep track of my expenses.
With sterling bank, there are no cause for alarm on network issues, I am always rest assured that whenever I need to do anything with the bank, there are no delays
