I registered for their pension scheme in the year 2022, but ever since I opened it, they hardly give me alerts any time my pension was remitted there, I complained severally but there was no changes.
Year 2023, I changed my pension scheme to another one, it was this moment they were reaching out to me that they have app where I could monitor my income, but this was after I had stopped using them for my pension
Review of GTBank
Have bn using gt bank since 2018,they are good back then with no network problem,but recently is like there system have really changed,from Bad network to worst,throughout December period i couldnt make a transaction,in which i have to withdraw some momey for festival period,i was very disappointed,there network was bad through out last year November to December. I have to withdraw all my money to another reliable bank.
I think GTBank can do better with There network
