Improve on service rendered

One of the things I hate most with dstv is their repetition of movies, I keep seeing the same movie all the time and this is annoying,as this is not giving me the opportunity to enjoy my hard earned money despite how high their subscription rate is.
Although there network is good o, but those two factors are not encouraging at all

Review of Opay

Interest rate is too high

Getting a loan should not be something that would frustrate someone's life. We all have one reasons or the other why we opted for loans from all of these loan apps, but opay shouldn't then capitalize on these to make life more unbearable.
Like 4 months ago,I was in dire need of cash and have gotten nowhere else to turn to, so I decided to try out opay, and to my utmost surprise, the interest I was asked to pay was almost half of what I wanted to borrow, if I have had the half then, there wouldn't be reasons for me to borrow again.
I think they should look into that aspect and do something about it.
Although processing the loan was not stressful and does not take time, but the interest rate is always something else

Review of MTN Nigeria

Good network

It's been over 10years that I started using MTN network and believe me when I say that I have not gotten any reason to try other network providers, it has been an easy ride since then with MTN
What surprises me most is how they even remember my birthday and never for once missed wishing me happy birthday, this little act from them gladens my heart so much
My only regret now is the increment on their data plan tariffs that has made it quite impossible to access the internet.
Browsing with MTN network can not be underrated, it's fast and reliable

Review of United Bank for Africa

Improve on your customer care service

Started using the bank like 3 years ago and I have had a good experience with them until recent time when I made a transfer, though I was debited but the recipient was not credited. I immediately contacted their customer but they were just tossing me around and I had to spend extra money on airtime that I burned in calling them, before it was reversed after one week
That particular experience made me feel embarrassed, cause I wanted to pay for goods purchased.
