Review of Airtel Nigeria

Airtel is one of the most consistent networks I’ve used, and I would recommend it for anyone

Airtel has been my main network for both calls and data for over a year now. The internet speed is excellent, especially in urban areas. I use it for streaming, Zoom meetings, and social media, and it rarely buffers. Their Unlimited Data bundles (for routers and MiFis) are a great value if you work from home. The MyAirtel app is easy to navigate, and I like that it often includes bonus offers and data gifting options. One area of improvement is customer care via 111, sometimes it's difficult to get a human agent without going through too many menus. Also, in some locations (especially rural areas), the signal strength can drop dramatically.

Review of First Bank of Nigeria

In short, First Bank needs to invest more in digital banking performance and modern customer service

First Bank is one of the oldest banks in Nigeria, but my experience hasn’t always matched their reputation. While their physical branches are available in most towns, the queues are long and service is slow. I’ve waited over 40 minutes just to withdraw with a withdrawal slip when ATMs were down. Their mobile app (FirstMobile) has improved over the years but is still prone to glitches. Sometimes, transfers fail without a proper error message. The USSD (*894#) works well but has occasional delays in response. I once had a failed POS transaction where I was debited, and it took over 7 working days and multiple follow-ups to get a refund.

Review of Kuda Bank

While it’s a good digital bank, Kuda still needs to improve reliability during peak usage times

I started using Kuda as a secondary bank in 2023 and was initially impressed by the app’s sleek design and zero bank charges. It’s very easy to create an account and get a virtual card, and transfers to other banks are usually instant. The budgeting and savings features are also helpful for tracking my spending.

However, I’ve had several issues with login errors—sometimes the app doesn't open at all unless I restart my phone. There were also two occasions where I didn't get instant debit alerts, which made me anxious about whether my transaction went through.

Customer support is responsive, but they mostly use email or in-app chat, and response times can be slow, especially on weekends.

Review of GOtv Nigeria

Showing new movies

They should increase on showing new movies not old movies, it's just boring something.
