The App is frustrating me please work on it always having network issues when it comes to this app

The app is becoming more terrible it makes me stranded a lot of time the app decides when it wants to open even with a very strong network so many times I have been stranded because I can't access my money because the the app decides not to open

Reliable bank

Kuda is reliable and easy to use and they also provide loans for good customers, I do everything on the Kuda app from home.
No hidden charges at all.

One of the best online bank

I love kuda... The transaction is always fast, they have good network.. Never had issue with them since I start using the bank and to crow it all. They give out free transfers daily....

Second chance app

I love Kuda for one thing, Even if you have bad credit score with other...they will give you a chance to to use over draft loan after you have stay actively long with them.
They always give second chance to be able to borrow again.

Fast and reliable service

I used KUDA app for my daily transaction. The app is very fast whenever I used it for Airtime, data loading and transfer. No unnecessary charges and deduction of moneys until Federal Government of Nigeria made a law.I have been using it for over three years now. I don't have any issues with them. Anytime I want to transfer money I usually checked the bank monitor so as to know if the network of the receiving bank is stable .

Upgrade is needed for fast transaction

I have been using Kuda for a few months, and I really like how easy it is to open an account online. The app is simple, and I enjoy the free transfers and savings options. But sometimes it slows down or the network cuts off, which I don't like when I need to send money quick. Customer care is helpful when I get through, but it takes time. It’s a nice bank, just needs to get faster!

Good app but ATM delayed

Kuda used to be one of my best applications until I requested for their ATM card and it took over 2 months before it got delivered to me,I had to switch to another online banking app, I hope they have improved on ATM collection

Helped Me Track Spending in Akure

Since I started using Kuda here in Akure, I’ve been able to see where my money really goes. The app breaks down each expense clearly, airtime, transfers, even bank charges. It helped me cut unnecessary spending. I never got that clarity from my old bank.
