Review of GTBank
I have been very disappointed with GTBank recently. For the past week, I noticed that they have been deducting 5 Naira from my account every single day without any clear explanation. This went on consecutively for several days, and it is completely unacceptable. Even though 5 Naira might seem small, these deductions add up, and they directly affected the plans I had for the money I kept in that account.
As a customer, I expect transparency and fairness, not random charges that eat into my balance without warning. This is not a good practice at all, and it makes me question the reliability of keeping my funds with GTBank. A reputable bank should never engage in such conduct. If this continues, it will drive customers away. I sincerely hope they review this kind of behavior because it reflects poorly on their brand
Review of Samsung
I have been using the Samsung S10 for some time now, and I genuinely expected better quality from a flagship device. Out of nowhere, the screen started developing multiple lines across the display. This happened without any form of impact, no drops, no collisions, and absolutely no exposure to water or moisture. I have always handled this phone with extreme care, so there is no reason why this should be happening.
It is very disappointing that a device in this price range and category can develop such a serious issue without any physical damage. The lines make the display look horrible and interfere with the overall experience of using the phone. I have read that this is not an isolated problem, which makes it even more concerning for anyone planning to buy this model. For a brand like Samsung, this level of durability and quality control is unacceptable.
If you’re considering getting the S10, think twice. A premium phone should not fail like this after normal usage. This experience has completely changed my perception of Samsung devices.
