I used to think paga was the best digital bank because I don't always get #50 deduction on amount above #10000 not until last week, I transfered #30,000 to my paga and by the time I checked my paga balance I saw 29,000. I had to double-checked to see if I actually transfered 30k. Sadly, I did not see any traces of how the money was deducted from my account. No transaction history to know what happened to my money. This is scary and should be looked into by the management.
Paga is a digital banking that I use for my mobile power (mopo) transactions. Mobile power actually introduced paga to me because I'm one of the agents of mopo. So paga is the only bank I can use to credit my mopo wallet. But my problem with paga is that it doesnt display transactions history as every other bank. Like today now,I transferred #30000 from my nomba (Amucha) account to me paga, my account was credited but the transaction did not reflect on my paga history. My paga history is still showing February as the last transaction I did. You can imagine. At times some amount like #500-#1000 will be deducted from my account but I won't know why because no transaction history to back it up. The management should help us work that abeg
I needed quick cash at Ilesha Garage, Akure, and didn’t want to walk far for an ATM. I saw a Paga agent nearby, and he charged me just ₦100 to withdraw ₦5,000. The transaction was instant, no issues. That helped me avoid long ATM queues.
