I actually went to complain about my lost money in fcmb bank only to find out that there is no customer service in the bank only a telephone is kept there and it take longer than expected to solve my problem that fateful day. This happened in Abak road branch, Uyo Akwa Ibom State
I have been using fcmb for close to 2 years now and seriously fcmb are doing well.
They have attentive and accommodating customers representatives ,monthly charges is not too high,app working perfectly and ussd *329# working well too.
They are accountable with my money and I receive alert every time my account is credited
