Amazing app!

Amazing app! Quick and easy. But you need to work on the registration process;the on where someone has to record a video of his or herself, turning his or her head twice. That was quite challenging for me but aside that, it's an amazing app to use for your quick and easy transaction. So for now , it's 4 stars for me, perhaps I will give the remaining one later

While it’s a good digital bank, Kuda still needs to improve reliability during peak usage times

I started using Kuda as a secondary bank in 2023 and was initially impressed by the app’s sleek design and zero bank charges. It’s very easy to create an account and get a virtual card, and transfers to other banks are usually instant. The budgeting and savings features are also helpful for tracking my spending.

However, I’ve had several issues with login errors—sometimes the app doesn't open at all unless I restart my phone. There were also two occasions where I didn't get instant debit alerts, which made me anxious about whether my transaction went through.

Customer support is responsive, but they mostly use email or in-app chat, and response times can be slow, especially on weekends.

Offer loans

They don't offer loan easily and I do use it very well but they said I'm not qualified and I'm even in tier 3 that's rubbish
