I don't know why I like using opay so much. It is user friendly and full of many saving plans. I used the target saving plan to save money for 4months and I was happy at the end. The daily auto deduction was so smooth without any failed day. Opay is the best
Review of Polaris Bank
I have been a fan of Polaris bank since 2014 when it was still known and regarded as Sky bank. That is to to say I have been using Polaris bank more than a decade. I was a little bit in love with Vulte when it was newly released even though I have some constructive comments then. Abeg , I don't know who advised polaris bank management to upgrade vulte oooo.
This their latest upgrade is so frustrating. I will log in to my app and I would see balance of money I had sent before as my balance until I refresh as many times as possible before I will see my correct balance. They really need to work on Vulte and make it user friendly.
Review of 9mobile
Chai! My eyes have seen what I don't pray for my enemy in the hand of 9mobile. Just imagine doing data subscription but not able to use it till it expired. I did a daily subscription of 150mb for #150 on Tuesday 15th 2025 just to send an image to someone through WhatsApp. Funnily enough, it never went through. I was so stranded. I had to begged a stranger to hotspot me. 9mobile has the potential to be one of the best service provider in Nigeria but I don't know why it has not improved.
Review of Fairmoney
Fairmoney used to represent it name by being fair to their customers in terms of loan repayment. I remembered collecting a loan of #100,000 in 2022 and I was to pay everything back within six months. Based on the low interest, I was able to pay the money within the stipulated time. Last week,I tried to borrow on fairmoney app again, a sum of 30,000 but the interest was not fair at all. I had to go and get the money elsewhere because the interest is killing. Things are not as easy as before so they should reduce their interest rate.
Review of MTN Nigeria
As much as I like using mtn being that they offer the best network in Nigeria, they are gradually eating me up financially. I don't know how they are deducting my data lately. I subscribed for 2g for one month at #1500 and it finished within 24hrs and I can't even account for what I used it for. They should work on their data consumption rate please.
Review of StarTimes Nigeria
I was hypnotized by the cheapness of start times plans until I started using it. In fact, I abandoned my dstv because of the above reason. However, I was discouraged by their screen resolution (low quality display) as it was not displaying in HD. The start times plans that used to be cheap are now expensive. The price is not even the issue for me but the fact they have not improved the quality of their show. I remembered subscribing for their weekly plan last year when it was still #500 hoping to see good programs and channels in good quality display but I experienced otherwise. They can do better though.
Review of United Bank for Africa
My experience with United bank of Africa (UBA) has not been fair at all. UBA used to be one of the best traditional banks I liked so much back then. I opened UBA during my service year as a corp member. I went to a POS to catch out some amount of money in 2024, the transaction was declined while my money was deducted. I reached out to the customer care and they promised to refund with 5 working days. A week passed ,my money was not refunded. I had to message their customer care on Twitter which is now X to lodge my complaint. I think they need to really work on their server so that I and every of their customer can be happy using their service.
Review of Jumia
I have been using Jumia to orders stuffs for year now but my experience with them lately was not a pleasant one. I ordered for a duravolt 5in1 solar and it was delivered to the pick up location I picked. On getting to the pick up location,I checked I items and everything was intact but when it was time for me to make payment the attendant there told me there was no network to generate account number for me. I asked her if I could send it to her and she will help me make the payment when the network is fully restored and working well, she said not that it is not allowed. I waited more than 1 hour to no avail. Thank God that her boss showed up and he said I should send it to his account. They should work on their payment method at pick up station.
